No TENGA branding or logo will be visible on the box itself.
The return addressee on the shipping label will be shown as "TENGA UK Ltd." for orders destined for the UK, and "TENGA Europe GmbH" for all other orders.

Order Processing

After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation notification.

Orders are dispatched the same day for all orders made by 11:00 GMT/BST (for deliveries in the UK) and 11:00 CET/CEST (for deliveries elsewhere) on Monday - Friday (excluding local public holidays). Orders made after the cut-off time are dispatched the next working day.

Once dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification including your tracking number.

Please note that inclement weather, accidents, disasters, high order volume, etc. can affect delivery times.

TENGA STORE EUROPE Warehouses located in Germany and the UK

Orders destined for addresses in the UK are shipped from our warehouse in Hounslow, UK, free of customs fees with Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 across Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

All orders outside the UK are dispatched from our warehouse in Cologne, Germany with DHL's International Premium courier service as standard across 6 zones.

Can I change the address on my order?

Please provide current and accurate shipping address information to ensure proper delivery and to avoid delays with your order.

If your order has not been dispatched yet, you can cancel your order free of charge, and re-order to the correct address.

If your order has been dispatched, unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address. In this case, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with redelivery as soon as possible.
