if your circumference is 16cm (top limit on product information from tenga website) indeed its no use for you. I would said limit is 15cm max till plastic that should hold structure just pop off from external pressure caused by male member placed inside. No usage for me, unpleasant experience (tighten by belt to even try check its possible to maybe glue it and make sort of flesh-light ? - nope, that start cause some pain) wasted money.
