I first fell in love with the design to be honest - it's not the usual pink or purple, or shaped like a kitsch fake lipstick. It's elegant, it's a very creative design, the materials are top notch, too. As for actual use, the round head is great if you like vibrations on a larger surface instead of pinpoint stimulation. It's also pretty powerful, for such a tiny thing! I was a bit worried about the noise of the motor, as I'm living with other people, but apparently nothing can be heard through a wall. The description says the case prevents the vibrations getting to your hand - it does, unless you really smoosh the Temari against your body, then you can feel some vibrations in your hand, but that's fair enough. My only (very minor) issue has been with the magnetic charging cable. It connects with two small magnets, so the toy can be waterproof, and finding just the right spot for them to connect and not flip out of alignment took a really flat surface, as well as some fiddling. But once its charged it does deliver on the 90 mins battery life, so at least you won't have to deal with it too many times.
