Very smooth
The lotion itself is very good and works well, although during longer sessions it can start to dry out. Maybe adding a small drop of water helps improve the experience. The refill bottle is a nice, eco-friendly idea, but in practice the amount of plastic saved is still fairly limited. The cap is quite tight, and when opening it you can accidentally squeeze the bottle and cause the lotion to squirt out. The cap on the old bottle was more convenient, as it could be easily opened by twisting.
